The Role

You aren’t just looking for clout, you’re looking for influence. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact influencer campaigns, blending deep creator relationships with data-backed strategy to ensure our clients don't just look the part, but deliver tangible business impact.

Here’s what you’ll be doing...

  • Strategic Leadership: Architect and oversee multi-platform influencer strategies (TikTok, IG, YouTube) for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Independent Ownership: Be the dedicated influencer specialist within the business, confidently leading your area end-to-end. You’ll thrive working autonomously, managing priorities independently, and building processes that help the function scale.
  • New Business Growth: Own the influencer workstream across new business leads, pitches, and proposals. You’ll help shape commercially strong responses, standout ideas, and winning recommendations that showcase Spin’s influencer offering.
  • The "Black Book": Leverage and expand Spin’s network of creators and talent agents. You’ll be the primary point of contact for all talent and agency partnerships.
  • Commercial Mastery: Lead high-level negotiations on fees, rights, and exclusivity. You’ll manage significant budgets and ensure every penny delivers ROI.
  • Trend Tracking: Work with our "Relevance Hub" to stay ahead of the scroll. You’ll identify "ragebait," niche sub-cultures, and platform shifts before they go mainstream.
  • Creative Briefing: Craft world-class briefs that give creators the freedom to be authentic while ensuring client KPIs are hit.
  • Full-Funnel Integration: Collaborate with our Paid Media and Organic Social teams to ensure influencer content is amplified effectively.
  • Advanced Analytics: Move beyond vanity metrics. You’ll use tools like Upfluencer to report and turn data into stories for our clients.

Here’s what we need from you...

  • Experience: 3-4+ years in Influencer Marketing or Talent Management, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Social Native: You understand the nuances between a TikTok "spark" and an Instagram "aesthetic." You know what performs because you’re on the apps every day.
  • Contractual Confidence: You’re comfortable navigating legalities and negotiating with creators, influencers + their management
  • Communication: You can talk "creator" one minute and "CMO" the next. You’re a pro at pitching bold ideas to existing clients and new business prospects.
  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of influencer discovery

  • Hours: Full Time
  • Location: Borough, London (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week, Tuesday + Thursday)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Salary bracket: 50K - 60K, depending on experience
